Changelog

October 2026

  1. New feature

ClickUp Brain² added a Salesforce MCP to search and update records, Super Agent capacity view, and a Webhook Received trigger for agents on Business Plus.

What this means for you: ClickUp's AI can now search and update your Salesforce records. A new view shows which Super Agents (AI helpers that do tasks for you) have room for more work. Agents can also start when a webhook (an automatic signal from another app) arrives.

Why it matters: It follows the Oct 28 launch of Brain² Browser, and the Oct 22 update that let Brain work with email attachments and meeting tools such as Granola, Otter and Fireflies. ClickUp keeps adding connections to the apps you already use.

How to use it: The Webhook Received trigger needs the Business Plus plan. Skills Import and Agent Meeting Controls are listed as coming soon, with more promised next week.

I use ClickUp and Salesforce, and just learned ClickUp Brain² can search and update Salesforce records through an MCP, a connection between apps. Help me list 5 routine tasks, like logging a call or updating a deal stage, that I could hand to it. My process: [describe your Salesforce routine].

  2. Launch

ClickUp Brain² Browser launched, letting Brain fill forms and grab downloads on websites without integrations, rolling out to eligible Workspaces where enabled.

What this means for you: Brain² can now open websites and click through them for you, filling in forms and downloading files, then bringing the results back into ClickUp. It works even on sites that have no integration with ClickUp. ClickUp's own first test was finding venues for its holiday party.

Why it matters: It comes after Brain² learned to create boards and forms on Oct 22 and to turn Outlook emails into tasks on Sep 22, so it now handles web tasks as well as work already in ClickUp.

How to use it: It is rolling out to eligible Workspaces where it is enabled. Brain² Browser was built with Browserbase.

I use ClickUp and just learned Brain² Browser can fill forms and grab downloads on websites, then bring the results into ClickUp. Help me list three repeated web tasks in my work that suit this, and write the instruction for each. My typical tasks are [describe tasks].

  3. New feature

ClickUp Brain² can now create boards and forms, rework email attachments, compare Figma designs with specs, and use Granola, Otter and Fireflies meeting context.

What this means for you: Brain² can now build boards and forms for you, rework files attached to emails, and compare a Figma design against its written spec. It also pulls in meeting context from Granola, Otter and Fireflies, so its answers can draw on what was said in your calls.

Why it matters: It follows the Sep 22 update, when Brain² began reading across apps like Outlook and turning emails into tasks, and the Oct 1 launch of Skills for repeatable workflows.

How to use it: Open Brain² in ClickUp and try the four new items: view setup (boards and forms), email file workflows, Figma comparison and meeting connections. ClickUp says more is coming each week.

I use ClickUp and just learned Brain² can create boards and forms, rework email attachments, compare Figma designs with specs, and use meeting notes from Granola, Otter or Fireflies. Help me decide which of these to try first for my work. My team does: [describe work]. Give me a first prompt to try for each.

  4. New feature

ClickUp Brain² added AI image editing, letting users describe changes like new backgrounds, lighting, restyling, or object removal in plain language.

What this means for you: ClickUp Brain² can now edit images when you describe the change in plain language. You can swap backgrounds, adjust lighting, restyle a picture, or add and remove objects, and refine the result next to your work in ClickUp. The output is an edited image.

ClickUp Brain² can now edit images from plain-language descriptions: swapping backgrounds, adjusting lighting, restyling, and adding or removing objects. Help me write 5 clear editing prompts for my images. My images are [describe images] and the changes I need are [describe changes]. Show how to refine each result in a follow-up prompt.
