Changelog
October 2026
- New model
Hedra added Krea 3, an image generation and editing model that combines character, outfit and scene references, and says it runs about 6x faster on Hedra.
What this means for you: Hedra now includes Krea 3, a model for making and editing images from references. You can combine character, outfit and scene references, explore angles and compositions, restage products in new settings, and edit details in your images.
Why it matters: It comes nine days after Hedra added Google's Nano Banana 2.1 image model on Oct 6, and adds another option for image editing.
How to use it: Krea 3 is available in Hedra now, and Hedra says it runs about 6x faster there.
I want to use Krea 3 in Hedra to restage product photos in new settings using reference images. Help me plan a set of 6 scenes for my product, what reference images to gather, and how to describe each edit. My product is [product] and my brand style is [style].
- Availability
Hedra is now available in ChatGPT through the plugins directory, so users can attach a product photo and generate a commercial in the chat.
- New model
Hedra added Google's Nano Banana 2.1 image generation and editing model, with better mask-based editing and subject consistency, and it runs faster than Nano Banana 2.
- New feature
Hedra launched Multiplayer, a shared canvas where a whole team can work together, each with their own Hedra agent, on mood boards, prompts and references.
September 2026
- Launch
Hedra launched an MCP server and CLI that let users connect Claude Code, ChatGPT, Hermes or their own agents to Hedra's image, video and world models.
