   Miro launched the Intelligent Canvas, where any AI agent appears as a cursor and creates and edits on the canvas in real time alongside users.

   What this means for you: AI agents now show up on a Miro board as a cursor, the same way a coworker does. You can watch an agent create and edit things on the canvas live while you work next to it.

   Why it matters: It follows Miro's Oct 14 update, which let AI agents read and write Mermaid diagrams on the canvas.

   How to use it: Go to miro.com/intelligent-canvas/ to try it.

   I use Miro for team planning and just learned its Intelligent Canvas lets an AI agent appear as a cursor and create and edit on the board in real time next to me.    New feature

   Miro now lets users build and edit Mermaid diagrams directly on the canvas, with AI agents able to read and write them, and export back to Mermaid.

   What this means for you: You can build and edit Mermaid diagrams right on the Miro canvas. Mermaid is a way of writing diagrams as plain text instead of dragging shapes around. Because it is text, AI agents can read and write these diagrams, and you can export clean Mermaid again when you need it.

   Why it matters: Mermaid diagrams are written as text rather than built with drag-and-drop tools, which means AI agents can read and write them natively.

   How to use it: Miro says it is available to try today. Open the link in Miro's post to get started.

   Miro now lets me build and edit Mermaid diagrams (diagrams written as text) on its canvas, and AI agents can read and write them. Write Mermaid text for a diagram of [process or idea], then explain each line in plain words so I can edit it myself.
